We’re thrilled to introduce our repair technician, Jake Reinhardt! Jake joins us from Colorado, but has previously lived in the Omaha area and is excited to be back! He is a Western Iowa Tech graduate (’14), and is proficient in brass, woodwinds and strings in addition to being a Fender-certified warranty repair technician. Jake brings a wealth of experience in all areas to us from his work at other shops, and has also worked traveling with a college marching band with a mobile repair shop! We are also pleased to offer Ultrasonic Cleanings for brass instruments. This unique process offers a deeper, more thorough clean in a health-conscious and environmentally friendly way. The process also offers more control so that it is safe for vintage instruments.
