Conn C Trumpets

C.G. Conn has re-entered the high-end brass instrument market with the introduction of a new line of professional trumpets. Vintage One combines the best of the classic C.G. Conn trumpets with a modern design. These horns are designed to be well-balanced and compatible with each player's concept of sound.

Conn Vintage One C Trumpets
The Vintage One Series offers the player a variety of options to meet their playing needs. These trumpets feature a .462-inch bore with a one-piece hand-hammered bell, plus two tuning slides---one square, and one rounded to alter the resistance of the instrument. Also included is the patented Modular Weight System to add additional mass to the instrument for even more resonance control.

These fine C trumpets are available in yellow brass---the standard alloy for brass instruments, supporting powerful playing and brilliant tone---and rose brass (a.k.a. red brass), which is the standard alloy for flugelhorn bells, creating a warm, rich sound even at very soft dynamics, but reaching "red line" limits in loud playing sooner than yellow brass.
